Coffee Filter Flowers

I used up a package of coffee filters that had been sitting on the shelf for way too long, added a few circles of text paper and even newsprint.....dipped them with Walnut Ink and left them to dry. Then I scrunched them up and wrapped around floral wire and hey presto I had some vintage looking roses.

    ....hmmm, I think I've got a packet of filters at the back of the cupboard too - what a good idea for using them up as I don't see me ever using the filter-coffee maker again ! And I could put beads in the middles too - I feel a play coming on ! Thank you for the inspiration Christine !
